About Us
The Venice Group was launched in 2021 with the goal of improving living space and offering high end homes for people to live in. Since our inception, we have expanded our services to property management, serviced accommodation and E2E developments.
Founded by Aydin Guner, whose property journey has been famously featured on national media, the whole ethos of the company is built from hardship, “I got into property because I notoriously had £500 in my bank account and simply wanted more. I was never taught about passive income, investing or how the property market worked. I was always told to stay quiet, save my money, never go on holiday, and work myself to the ground. I knew that was no way to live”.
The Venice Group is now dedicated to ensuring luxury living is at the heartbeat of the company, ensuring families, couples and solo travellers have great places to live & visit, in unique settings where they can enjoy their life, feel comfortable and absorb the environment around them.
